Position: Team Manager - Administration & Business Support

Job Description

Major responsibilities

· Act as a key communication channel with Headquarters in Korea, local regulatory authorities, organizations, and clients when necessary

· Support the Managing Director in developing and implementing growth strategies

· Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

· Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

· Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and constructively

· Prepare management reports and submit electronic approval requests to Headquarters both on a regular basis and whenever issues arise

Skills and Qualifications

· Familiarity with Korean organizational culture and reporting practices

· Proven experience in a managerial role (minimum 3~5 years)

· Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

· Solid working knowledge of operational procedures

Preferred Qualifications

· Native Korean speaker with good command of English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage)

· Experience in general affairs management such as HR and accounting (preferred)

· Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance

· Legal permit to work in Hong Kong / Permanent resident status
